The annual celebration is approaching fast, so here’s a quick summary of the most important info:
Bygård at Ainonkuja 9, Vantaa.
Dress code is dark suit with academic decorations.
The cocktail reception begins at 4:30 PM, but we kindly ask everyone to arrive no later than 5:30 PM. Greetings will be received at 5:15 PM. The event will feature a performance by Polirytmi Jazz Experience, so it’s well worth arriving early to enjoy the festive atmosphere!
The main dinner party will end at approximately 10:00 PM.
The afterparty will begin in the same venue at around 10:30 PM. A surprise ensemble will perform at the afterparty, followed by open jams for the guests (feel free to bring your own instruments — a backline will be provided for the rhythm section). The venue must be vacated by 2:00 AM, after which the most enthusiastic partygoers may continue on to Tiilihuone under their own steam, where the program includes karaoke, among other things.
The herring breakfast will take place on Sunday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Atlantinkatu 7A, in the sauna facilities of Sievo. Please remember to bring your sauna gear! Breakfast will be served.
