Additional info of the artists

Polirytmi jazz experience introduces the fundamentals of jazz with a fresh touch. Old standards gain new honor and form in the hands of Polyrhythm’s jazz artists. Come and experience re-thought swing and the grooving feel of modern fusion jazz.

Kuusiluoto is a long-brewing project where strong Polirytmi tradition meets the misty moods of 1960s post-bop and modal jazz.
Martin Granholm: trumpet, Kalle Jyrkinen: saxophone/drums, Jarkko Jalovaara: piano, Oskari Ojala: bass, Elmo Kotro: drums.
Compositions by Martin Granholm.

Oskari Ojala’s Electric Band delivers multidimensional fusion jazz-rock, thematically inspired by nuclear fusion and other physical and mathematical phenomena. Oskari Ojala: bass/compositions, Erkka Pehto: drums, Aki Kivivirta: guitar, Ella von Weissenberg: guitar/scat, Jaakko Heikkinen: keytar, Verneri Hakkarainen: saxophone.

Otto is 31. He sits by the street and watches, how life has changed. Otto likes to help, but you need to work for it.”

Teemu Laine Group, a band that plays big chords and fast runs. Ethereal soundscapes blend with energetic rock vibes in a twisted yet striking way. Improvisation is at the heart of their music, with a constant sense of danger lingering in the air.

PILVI’s live band performs the artist’s original works along with a few energetic covers. Expect pop/rock-inspired music and nothing but good songs!

WikiRock is educational melodic rock, with each song infused with a carefully polished atmosphere that ties into the band title.
“We wrote the songs, but didn’t feel like writing lyrics, so we just took them straight from Wikipedia.”
– Speksi roommates 2011

Deep Purple Tribute – it’s in the name. Come experience a sweaty, suffocating, pants-blowing rock adventure.
Bass: Aapo Kivari, Guitar: Elias Koivulehto, Drums: Elmo Kotro, Keys: Otto Ahoniemi, Vocals: Sanni Nisula

Singer-songwriter Elias Koivulehto, together with his explosive backing band Täpinä, is a hot new name on Helsinki’s live scene. He begs a surf girl to go surfing, Aini to get in touch, and the audience to party until closing time. Elias is already known from the band Herra Epsilon as well as his renowned troubadour performances, and this year he rocks for the first time with his new band – guaranteeing excitement for the crowd. The brand-new first single Täpinätyttö, along with its music video, is now out on the ether!

Polirytmi Showband brings the dancefloor alive with familiar hits and groove! Come check out Polirytmi’s skillful musicians.

The house DJ Senior Driver delivers electronic beats from laid-back grooves to explosive raves!
